Yet I feel like we can't see each other anymore.
On Sunday, you got it wrong. I recycled clothing and you gave me rewards (two vouchers) which you then allowed me to use on one single transaction - apparently it's not your normal behaviour.
Today I tried to return a FAULTY item which ripped as B's daddy bent down. No matter how hilarious that was, we had to run to the shop before his shift at work and pay for parking to get a refund.
Not only you only refunded 17.39, you stated we got a DISCOUNT on it when purchased. The vouchers don't give an independent discount on each item in the transaction - it reads there'll be a fiver off a transaction over 25 pounds. (ours was over 75 pounds, which means even without the now-ripped shorts we could use both vouchers)
When contacting you earlier, you said you couldn't fix what happened in store and asked for me to pay parking in order to chat with you, face-to-face.
So the wording on the vouchers is not right, the wording you used for the refund isn't right, I paid for parking to lose money on a FAULTY item so the quality or price isn't right, yet need to pay more to attempt getting fair customer service.
H&M, I guess we're over and we'll just return all the items purchased since I need change for the car park.
